Dual Hypertrophy Experts Please

I was right in the middle of doing a dual hypertrophy workout.

However, since Fortifiediron suspended me and started being an immature 17 old and that, so I'm left in a bind.

So far, in my 2 weeks of doing it, I like the workout. My traps are coming along fairly nice. However, I've still got a ways to go before I master this workout.

I'm having problems progressively overloading, and I'm concerned I'm not going up enough in weight to grow.

I can't continue the workout unless I have a few people to talk to who can critically evaluate my workout. As I said, I am all new to dual hypertrophy training.

Also, I'm not sure I want to continue this specific workout because it will just be reminder of all the problems I had with fortifiediron.
It'd be like using a gift from a freind you just had big fallout with.
I don't want to hold on to it each workout.
What should I do? Should I drop this workout and get new one? Can any of you help me form a good workout for me to grow?
I've got stats and pictures if you need them.
