dry mouth....gaaahhhhh!!

Never had it before in my life, but for the last 12-14 days been waking up with it bad. So dry that my tongue is like sand paper.

(S&M ladies line up now.....)

Anyone else ever had this?

None. It just happened over night (literally) one day I was fine, the next I was almost peeling my tongue off the roof of my mouth like it was attached with velcro.

Negative. And have stopped using caffeine over a year ago. So no stims, no protein powders of any kind, no diuretics, no meds at all.

Have you had your blood glucose levels checked lately? Not to sound alarmist, but "dry mouth" is a definite symptom of TypeII diabetes.
