I just make fun of them directly to their faces with everybody within earshot knowing except them. Or pee on their foot.

As far as rude or means goes, some unattractive, drunk girl comes up to me and says, "you're hot," whilest giving me the eye. Well as much of "the eye" she can manage. To which I replied, without a smirk or smile to indicate I was joking, "I know." Needless to say the drunk chubber didn't bother me again that night.
