drug testing

Hey all I have a question concerning drug testing. I was wondering if anyone know how they would test for anabolics. Is this a common thing that an employer would test for? Is it usually test trough blood, hair, or urine? Can anyone please give me some insite on drug testing. Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated.
