drug test, i have a problem

i gotz me a problem. and here it is.


i used to see a doctor who was a goddamn arrogant nitwit. i once went in for dinitrophenol side effects & he basically accused me of using meth (hence the nitwit part), and wouldn't listen to explanations that meth & dnp work via different means (hence the arrogant part), and isn't nearly as illegal as meth.

combine that with the fact that i he knows i have used DXM to get high a couple of times and you have a drug war zombie who thinks i am an addict spiraling out of control.

i may have to take a drug test soon, but i also just took some pseudoephedrine hcl. which causes false positives for amphetamines. my questions are.

1. if i get a false positive, can i explain that i'm not a meth user, that it was pseudoephedrine
2. if they don't beleive that, is there any chance that i will 'de facto' (de facto, for those who don't know, means everyone says & believes it but no one does in public or officially) be accused of being a meth addict, due to an idiot doctor & the false positive.
3. if 2 happens, then what do i do. and will there be any repercussions. or am i just being oversensetive again.
4. can i beat the drug test?

i hate drug tests. modern day grandfather clauses, if you ask me. keep em down, then when they can't get anywhere & fuck up use that as justification to keep em down some more.

i think meth has a 3 day clearance time. maybe you could just stop taking ephedrine before your drug test...

pseudoephedrine is out of the system in 3 days? i just looked it up. 1-3 days. i'll be fine then. pseudo has a 4 hr half life. so i assume it will be out fast.

here's my .02.

if your gonna take drugs you might want to find an employer who doesn't drug test.

tell your doctor to go to hell. get another one.

if you fail a piss test thats it, from what i've seen, no second chances, no excuses.

all my friends use a "throw down". they pass them test repeatedly with em. hell, i supply the throw down, because i dont do drugs that can be urine tested.
