drug test - custody battle

im going thru a divorce and am seeking custody of my kids. i used to be a serious drug addict but now in recovery with 7 months sobriety. im on AAS. The x suspects im on juice. any one with experience on the court system drug tests your input is appreciated.

Isn't that test a little expensive for a custody battle? I think it would just cover recreational drugs, perscriptions, etc. Correct me if I'm wrong.. Not a law person, but I know through college football, that is why there are just randoms, because of the cost to administer them.

If you have known drug offenses or have been through drug treatment programs...your going to have a HARD time getting custody of your kids...your past will reflect heavily on a judge, especially when it comes to drugs...honeslty bro..i dont know how a judge will grant you custody of your kids...if you have used drugs before and now if she brings up that she suspects you on performance enhancing drugs.....i just dont see it..

There is too much hysteria in the media about AAS to ignore.
A judge probably can force you to take a test to check for AAS use. It costs $100-150, which is not too much in these circumstances.
Techn ically, it is illegal drug abuse. They are classified as Class III controlled drugs.

if your children are important to you then you would dropp all AAS right now and avoid adding obsticles to your fight. dont chance it if your serious about getting your kids. im not saying you will get your kids, prior drug abuse is going to hurt your fight but also, being drug free with doctors proof will help. just drop ALL AAS.

ur kids are more important there are only a handful of labs in the country that will do a aas test ur doc could order it prolly but im not so sure it will be easy to have u tested u prolly already have aas in your system anywaay but if u really drink shitloads of water the standard test for aas will not show anything they will not test the ph like the ncaa, nfl, ioc etc so if ur pissin water they cant get a "tissue" read congrats on sobriety i got 5 years "one day at a time" pm me if u need a friend good luck
