Dropping dbol, can't stand the pump

with pump I mean the opain that accurs with the pressure ion the lower back when it's stressed like when your doing deads and squats.

Anadrol doesn't have to mean water retention, many like it pre contest because It will not give as much water. It's individuall, I do not hold any water from nandrolone so maybe drol with it's progestrone effect would be a better pick. If not, I would stick with winny.

I will try out the mag + calsium

I feel your pain bro, after having my first month of leg workouts ruined by d-bol at the beginning of this cycle, I've decided to leave that shit alone. I don't think anyone truly understands just how fucking bad it hurts until it happens to them. I've always gotten it but, this time it was worse. I mean it hurts, to walk, sit even breath once my low back gets pumped. I've always used it to kick start my cycles, guess I'll just be using winny at the beginning & the end from now on. Let me know how the drol works. I've concidered drol but, thought it would do the same thing as d-bol.

Amazing! I've had those "pumps" for years and I thought it was my back that was weak. No way to stand up or walk when it happens and it always fucks up my squat training. Exacty like you guys and I though I was the only one. And all the wimps in the gym that take the piss, when they have never squatted in all their sad life.
I don't use dbol though. I get it with other gear. By warming up slowly and stretching my back I get them later than before.
I will try calcium and mag.

I still have them but, only irritating, they don't disable me like they do when on d-bol. I am currently running EQ & T-Enan. Anyone have a solid reason as to why it happens or know what causes it? I seem to remember someone sometime back saying that it may be compareable to women getting back pain while pregnant due to hormonal imbalance? Is there any validity in that theory? If so, I'd think there would be a sure fire way to get rid of the shit. I've always liked d-bol but,I just can't take the back pain anymore. Especially when my legs are what end up suffering, they are small enough as is, I cant afford to have my workouts cut short.

I know it sounds crazy and I dont know the science behind it, but a friend of mine that is a pharmacist told me to load up on calcium and magnesium. Bingo, last cycle no problems with nut busting pumps in my lower back.

That's what I heard too. Load up on the magnesium and water and that should take care of it within a day or two. I think they have a few threads on this at gotfina.com. I also heard that you should up your salt intake.
