I am about to start Winny for my first time ever. I was wondering:
Are there any guidelines for how to drink it? For example, drink it on an empty stomach .. with food .... without food .. with something in particular?
Any guidelines on WHEN or how often? Like, I am still not sure if this is like ECA, where you take some and it has effects for few hours, or something where you are just building up a dose in your system. So, is it good to split the dose in 2 each day? All at once?
Does my workout schedule effect when I should take it? For example "take it 2 hours prior to a workout ....", or maybe "take it after a workout"?
What "feel" or "effect" should I expect? Any type of "sensation" go with this stuff?
