Don't know. I do know that you should spread out your doasage throughout the day, ie half an amp in the morning, half in the evening..........

I split mine by taking when waking and going to sleep. Don't think ya need to take with food but I hear that ya might want to chase it with orange juice to help in absorbtion.

Really, you guys split it up?? I'm going to be doing it pretty soon, and I just bought a shit load of empty gel capsules that I was planning on squirting 50mg in. Should I split it up to two 25mg capsules?? If so why, I'm very curious to know whats behind this????

spilting dosages through out the day helps keep blood levels more constant...
