Drinking raw egg whites on aas cycle

I find it hard to get in all the protein I need while on aas, it comes to a point where I can't even force down scrambled eggs so what I've been doing is buying eggs buy the box, 15 dozen eggs for $30 and drinking the egg whites, anyone else do this, I haven't had any problems with it, high quality protein, dirt cheap and easy to down 50 grams of protein in 3 gulps

Have you tried ghrp6 ? Your appetite is ridiculous on it. Take 1-300 mcg a day split to increase appetite.

They sell egg whites on the net. Ive thought about buying some myself use. Like put it in my protein shake or whatever. Egg whites international is the place I've been looking at.

Even with your cheap egg deal, protein powder is comparable in price, tastes way better, and is probably better for you. There is that salmonella risk you know.

They've got some pretty concentrated protein isolates out there. I can make a post workout vanilla isolate shake blended w/ low sugar milk and it goes down in two gulps at 50g. I take a shake to work with me in one shake mixer thats 100g i drink thru the day.
Anything but drinking raw egg snot... eesh.

its not hard at all to get the proper amount of protein in your diet bro... your obviously missing some things somehwere... i get 400-425 grams a day with no problem at all...

if you;re gonna eat eggs, eat the whole thing. drinking an egg based protein powder is just as good as egg whites. yeah, low fat greek yogurt with honey, wheat germ and walnuts is fucking delicious and as much protein as a steak!

Drinking egg whites is an old way of thinking and it has been proved that you body absorbs a lot more protein from a cooked egg. Just boil the egg and eat them or just eat the cooked egg white.

Egg proteins contribute substantially to the daily nitrogen allowances in Western countries and are generally considered to be highly digestible. However, information is lacking on the true ileal digestibility of either raw or cooked egg protein. The recent availability of stable isotope–labeled egg protein allowed determination of the true ileal digestibility of egg protein by means of noninvasive tracer techniques. Five ileostomy patients were studied, once after ingestion of a test meal consisting of 25 g of cooked 13C- and 15N-labeled egg protein, and once after ingestion of the same test meal in raw form. Ileal effluents and breath samples were collected at regular intervals after consumption of the test meal and analyzed for 15N- and 13C-content, respectively. The true ileal digestibility of cooked and raw egg protein amounted to 90.9 ± 0.8 and 51.3 ± 9.8%, respectively. A significant negative correlation (r = −0.92, P < 0.001) was found between the 13C-recovery in breath and the recovery of exogenous N in the ileal effluents. In summary, using the 15N-dilution technique we demonstrated that the assimilation of cooked egg protein is efficient, albeit incomplete, and that the true ileal digestibility of egg protein is significantly enhanced by heat-pretreatment. A simple 13C-breath test technique furthermore proved to be a suitable alternative for the evaluation of the true ileal digestibility of egg

I've eaten 6 whites a day with 2 cups of milk for like 15-20 years. Never had any problems and it is quick, cheap, and easy when your on the go in the morning.

I would also love to see your meal plan Dylan, I know you go hard, would like to see the jet fuel that powers that Bro!

this thread belongs in the diet section but i will leave it here for a bit.

you should find whole foods or fresh market.. a quality place that has hot food precooked. yes its a bit more expensive but its a great time saver. buy like 3-4 days worth of chicken, pork, maybe some red meat (but not much), fish (i prefer to catch my own but fish is great)... pre cooked meat.. make sure you are buying good quality stuff though.. a lot of supermarkets put crap on their food that you don't want to be messing with.. i prefer it dry and whatever gets put on I will put on so i know what it is.

store it in the fridge.. when you are ready to eat it just heat it up in some low sodium broth in a pan or cook in the oven or worst case put it in the microwave.

honestly I don't get much protein at all.. I'm not one that believes in the whole you HAVE to get X amount of protein ..

I would say I get 150mg of protein a day and I weigh close to 200.. so i get less than 1X my body weight

I'll give the honey a try, sounds pretty good. Just hope it doesn't have that sour taste.

bro, DO NOT eat the flavored ones... they are fucking LOADED with sugar and the protein is not as high... just add a few berries or a scoop of protein powder to it and you will notice a big difference...

What's the protein content of a plain one? I've got 15 grams in the peach flavored one I have with me. But, yeah, there is 19 grams of sugar in it.

as Dylan said the flavored yogurts are awful. the fruit at the bottom tastes good, but its horrible for you. might as well just eat a candy bar instead of that yogurt.

plain yogurt tastes great with some brown rice and fish/chicken. try it sometime. nice little meal.

I will even dab some on my eggs.

Fagi 1% tastes like custard. Just add some honey, or a some berrie and maybe aspertame to sweetenit. 20 grams of protein 2 grams of fat. Carbs only from the honey or berries. Plus acidolpholus. You can;t beat that.

+1 on the fagi 1% taste awesome, sometimes I'll but in freezer for a little while almost like ice cream

Watch out for salmonella on raw eggs . Focus on pure protein bars , Greek yogurt, cottage cheese , double on ur chicken and steaks portions and you'll be fine , you could also find a brand of bread that has as much protein as a steak I think is call p28 ..

I don't advice this but I drink 6 raw egg whites in my protein shake every morning but I do have my own chickens so I know the eggs are fresh

Oikos plain yogurt has 22 g of protein per serving. Chobani has 23 g of protein per serving. Add one or two scoops of chocolate or strawberry whey and you got your self some protein packed pudding!!!!!!!

My favorite mix is
2 cups yogurt
1 scoop strawberry whey
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 blueberries
1 tsp cinnamon

I just drizzle some honey on my chobani plain nonfat and it tastes amazing. Also a packet of truvia (stevia) mixed in does wonders to the flavor. In the morning mix it with a handful of granola and coconut milk and it's an amazing breakfast :)
