Does anyone ever try drinking a few cups before a workout? If so do you feel it 1) gives you more energy and/or 2) makes a increase in concentration ablity during your workout?
I have now tried this a bit lately and i belive that it does help a bit with my concentration, but not certain of any increse in energy actually.
Wondering what are the experiences and feelings of others with this.
