does anyone know where i might find some info on the effects of consuming a moderate amount of alcohol without eating any carbs for a week before hand?
i'm not talking about the effects that ruin your ketogenic diet, but the negative effects of the alcohol hitting your body harder, causing you to "black out" (lose your memory) sooner than normal, etc.
