Dreams about sharks...

Well, I'm just guessing but being at sea and having no solid ground to be on symbolizes the fear of being in transition and not having a solid foundation to exist on, and not having enough time to do what you want, ie the constrainment of possibility or a lack of freedom to pursue your goals... and being attacked by sharks... if you are being attacked symbolizes someone or something being hostile to you in your life, or since sharks are always moving they could symbolize that you must keep in constant motion or keep moving forward due to this period of transition in order to survive, finally and I doubt this one, it could symbolize an uncontrollable emotion that doesn't make sense to you... but the last one is the least plausible...
Again no NIH, just basic arhetypal type reasoning...

Great answer. It was my hubby's dream.

Perhaps dreams dont mean anything and are just the random shuffling and filing of thoughts and memories and depending on what stage of sleep we're in, we either remember them, or we dont (most).

But......thats no fun!

It means that your a dog ditcher and that one day you will probably fall out of a boat and be eaten slowly by a shark

Depends what a shark means to the dreamer, what the shark was doing, how the dreamer felt in the dream and upon waking.

Some dreams are a valid key to subconscious thoughts and imagery, even solutions to problems or things overlooked, but don't pull out one of those dream dictionaries. It's all very personal.

Talk to Dirty D~ She might know, she loves sharks more than humans.

I can't wait...I'm going diving pretty much every weekend from the last weekend of july till the end of august including a couple of trips to florida.

They means you afraid of sumthin'. I had a couple of dreams about being sent to prison that were really terrifying. You'd think they'd be fun with lotsa geigh prison seks and all, but it was really quite unsettling.
