It's fine, but don't take it with ginger tea. If you do, the rALA will strongly adhere to the inside of your mouth causing you a very unpleasant feeling.

When I take it with water, I have no problems.

Shit, I added approximately 300 mg R-ALA powder to my 12 Oz protein shake and it still burned like battery acid going down. I am going to buy a capping machine and cap that stuff.

Wow, just one scoop of their normal ALA killed me. Left a burning sensation at the end of my esophagus/top of my stomach for at least a half an hour. It's quite an unpleasant burning sensation. That shit was the whole reason I decided to get a cap-em-quick machine.
