I personally take Udo's Choice EFA oil (14g fat per tbsp) for 2 tablespoons, since its so expensive. I get the rest of my fats from Flax Seed Oil (around 28g), as well as Canola Oil and Olive Oil. So far I am down a total of around 8-10lbs since last sunday, with probably around 1-2lbs water weight. I tend to drink on the upwards of 1-2 gallons water daily, so I figure the water weight calculation is around ok.
I would figure your fats would be up to you as long as the Saturated is at a normal level, not quite as elevated in comparision to the Unsaturated fast associated with CKDS.
