I work on the medical field , now to the point one of the Dr I work with knows I cycle and advise me to pin on delts instead of glutes in order to maximize gear abosorbtion , he says the science behind this is that the glutes hold way more fat than any other part we pin and some of the gear tend to be wasted in the layers of fat , he also advise me to switch from wearing briefs to boxers in order to maximize natural test production as the briefs keep the testicles too tight and it keeps them warm this latter tend to hold back on natural test porduction , any one of you heard this before ...???
 
well i've also heard wearing underwear at all isn't good. ask any serious eastern doc or yoga instructor. and wearing socks isn't good either.

there are a lot of things that can be nitpicked but the best thing to do is be comfortable in what you do. these little things won't make a difference in the long run. i mean do you think Jay Cutler wonders had he pinned his delt and not his glute or worn briefs instead of boxers he would of won olympia?

IMO you should pin as many diff places as you can. This gives much less scare tissue. I just hit my tiny skinny little delts for the first. No pain at all. But is was kinda difficult getting twisted around to hit them.
