I work on the medical field , now to the point one of the Dr I work with knows I cycle and advise me to pin on delts instead of glutes in order to maximize gear abosorbtion , he says the science behind this is that the glutes hold way more fat than any other part we pin and some of the gear tend to be wasted in the layers of fat , he also advise me to switch from wearing briefs to boxers in order to maximize natural test production as the briefs keep the testicles too tight and it keeps them warm this latter tend to hold back on natural test porduction , any one of you heard this before ...???
