Yes and for good reason. He is dentist prescribing out of his proffession. He has been cut off by his pharmacy and the authorities have been alerted of his activities.

Dr.'s are free to prescribe as they see fit (hence all the BS that is involved in controling this stuff). Obviously once you start stretching the boundaries you might have a problem - but it can get pretty bad before that point is reached. Still, having everything 100% legit is nice. You know exactly what you are getting from your local pharmacy and some insurance companies will cover those drugs i.e. BTG Var back in the day when it was hugely expensive and basically the only thing going with the exception of SPa.

thre is absolutely no way in hell i would risk ALL the hard work i put into medical school by doing what he did! no way in hell i could pay all of mine and my wifes student loans back with a normal salary. but, knowing the medical profession like i do, he will probably just get a slap on the wrist with probation unless this is a second offense.
