Hey guys... I new to this forum. Need some help here. Just recently got a bottle of (Cepanon 250) made by Dpharm, very simular to Sustanon 250. Has anyone used this gear? Results? Legit? I will be staking it with with eq (fortdodge)-mex gear. Please let me know if this is a "go" . Also, reccomended dosage's would be much appreciated.
Thanks bros,
dRu

Good stuff... let's hope some more becomes available.

Thanks for the quick response bro. Greatly appreciate it! How do you recommend I take my dosages on the Cepanon? I was thinking about taking 500mg wk @ spaced out with 2 shots per week. Any suggestions?

Just like you have there. Mon and Thursday. Can't go wrong.

Right on bro!! Thanks. I will be posting before and after pics. Looking forward to a good cycle. On the eq..will 300mg a wk be sufficient? ( Tues, Friday ?)??
Happy building,

I would bump the EQ up to 600mg weekly minimum.

Thanks for the replies guys. I hear it is pretty tuff to get a hold of Dpharm products. If using 500mg a week of cepanon-250 and 300mg of eq, dieting, hiting the gym hard what are the expected results post cycle? Weight gain in muscle?

How hard can it be to get a hold of it if you have it? And the results you get are 80% (or more) related to diet, and less so to the gear. You should use a good AI with that cycle to minimize bloat and aromatization from the test. Best case scenario I'd say you keep 5 lbs of muscle post cycle. You could easily gain 20 lbs or more if this is your first cycle, but remember most of it will be water and glycogen loading. No matter what you hear from anyone, it is very difficult to add more than 5 - 10 lbs of pure muscle tissue per cycle. If this is your first, make it your best. Your receptors will never be so open and available, so dial in your diet and train hard.

Thanks 52. Yeah bro, I was referring to the availability of getting another bottle for future reference. As per another member, Dpharm is hard to come by now...not sure if that is a true statment or not. I am def keeping my diet clean. Eating 6 x's day, getting in atleast 300 +grms protein daily with some carbs. Man..bro. getting sick of chicken breast, bwrn rice, and veggies. But the results are awesome. Thanks for the great advice boss. If you dont mind me asking... whats your diet like? Thanks bro.

My current diet consists of the following:

turkey breast
egg whites
fish (tuna, salmon,occassional sushi)
chicken breast
cottage cheese
whole wheat bagels/wraps
vegetables (no carrots, very occasional potato)
wild or whole grain rice (sparingly)
lean red meat (93% lean or greater)
protein powder

I'm cutting now, so the calories are 2000-2500 with carbs under 100 grams per day. After the initial massive loss of water and glycogen, I'm holding steady at about 2 lb loss per week. I don't follow the scale too much, I go by mirror feedback.

The only difference between this and my bulking diet is the protein is a little less and the carbs are much more, about 400-500 g per day. That's actually very little for someone my size, but no matter how hard I train and how much gear I take, anything more than 600 grams of carbs per day for an extended period of time is too much. I also have more cheat meals when bulking and do less cardio. You need to listen to your body. Everyone's different. Jay Cutler eats 400 grams of carbs during his pre-contest diet, and over 1000 in the off season. If I ate anywhere near that many carbs I wouldnt be able to tie my shoes from the bloat and I'd be so tired from insulin spikes I couldnt function, let alone train.

But just remember, diet is everything as far as aesthetic results are concerned. You can hop on a gram of test and blow up like a balloon but without a clean diet you will look terrible.
