I don't think so, unless you're dieting down. I can kill half a dozen at breakfast without batting an eye. I plan on pounding the hell out of them once I hit my cycle. We get them for about $.069 a dozen around here, so it's definitely cost effective.

If you're bulking, 12 eggs a day are enough. I eat 8 whole eggs for breakfast usually. I'd eat a whole dozen if I had the time to cook them. Great source of protein. Its not too much.
