Not really. The video in MPEG 2 format should be at about 1.7GB for a 2 hour movie. Things are done that add size when a DVD, VCD or even music cd are made. I download off usenet mostly. Although there are DVD rips on Kazaa. I usually bother with P2Ps like kazaa for brand new movies because they are some many fakes out there.
