down 3 inches and up 8 lbs

down 3 inches (measured right below my belly button)

and up 8lbs on the scale.....im on diuretic so should be mostly muscle


just thought id give the update :)

strength is through the ROOOOOOOFFFF
 
i dont know if i would get excited about your penis shrinking 3 inches bro, especially if u measured right below the belly button......lol

yea the mrs kept complaining.....had to do something lol

but clean diet... damn people who cant lose weight on a clean diet and training alone are doing something wrong because im not even trying very hard to lose weight and leaning out at a ridiculous rate....damn im happy :)

Most people don't know the definition of a clean diet.

I see people trying to lose weight who use the everything in moderation rule but when everything is crap moderation doesn't help at all.

i was running about 45 mins on an empty stomach every morning with a thermo....so i guess i cheated a lil but stopped the running last week due to blowing my knee out on the squat rack - need to work on technique.


i still am using otc thermos during my weight sessions - i think thats helpin out too but im going to credit diet for the most part on this.....went from complete crap meals to nice 8- 10 oz of meat every 3 hrs....im always full and losing weight - u cant beat that :)

started broiling 3 days worth of meat ahead of time, picked up some edamame/ tuna for snacks and the rest is history - i cant get over how well this is working out for me - i completly thank elite fitness from going to "thick" n muscular to gettin RIPPED and more muscular....couldnt have done it without you guys. pictures WILL be posted after cycle

same way with me and meat. if i go above 12oz a serving i cant finish my carbs bc i am so stuffed but if i keep the meat in the 8-10oz range and up my carbs i can eat the carbs all day long.

I tossed everyhting unhealthy out of the house when my fiance was out of the house (she was not happy) - if theres no crap in the house to eat, then i wont eat any crap

i tried the 12 oz too - just filled me up too much...8 oz is closer to my sweet spot...and edemame (soy beans) awsome carbs with plenty of protein

my wife loves edemame but i cant stand it. i do love sushi, especially tuna sashimi!!!

MMMM Sushi....if i could i would - the problem is my sushi habbit would probably run me around $500 a week - something i have trouble eating in moderation

Not sure where you guys are from but I know when I head out to Vancouver they have all you can eat Japanese places. $25/person including all the sashimi and I mean all, clam, salmon, tuna, snapper, squid ..... the list goes on. I love it. I must eat over $100 in fish - they're lucky I live 3 hours away.

They have sushi at my work, it's cheaper then the steaks or salmon they will grill up for you.

the problem is when you live 15mins from a $20 a roll place (Mikuni's - UNBELIEVABLE), then u try to have a $10 roll - makes u feel like ur missing out on something...i just leave dissapointed haha maybe im too picky

But at all you can eat $25 hmmm maybe i could lax my sushi eating standards..... :) thats where id be doing my bulking cycles lol

Trust me man it's good - west coast so very fresh and Vancouver is actually almost half asian so the standards are very similar to the real thing.
