So last week I'm leaving work and one of my employees is also leaving. My regional manager sees him and I walking out at the same time. 15 minutes later she's leaving and sees him and I standing in the parking lot talking. She now wants to have a meeting w/ me in regaurds to the nature of my relationship w/ this person.

This pisses me off for two reasons. First, we were TALKING. There was 2-3 feet of space between us. He didn't have me bent over the hood of his car, which I admit, would be cause for concern. Second, if the roles had been reversed, if I were a man and he were a woman, no one would be requesting meetings right now.

I know but people love to talk shit sometimes because they are hating wishing he was talking to them or visa versa or often times it is just something to talk about.

Good move. You definately want to cover your tracks when your dealing with the IAs.

I also agree with you that the IAs are very large and could kick both are ass's (thats why I humor them with cawk pics)
