I had a doc who pout me on .5mg ed! It caused all sorts of gastro problems. Above advice e3d is correct. Stuff is neat.

according to their website the dosage (for treatment of hyperprolactivity) is .5mg twice a week for 4 weeks. then a bloodtest to determine whether prolactin is normal, if not more Dostinex. they come in packs of 8 at .5mg each.

there's also Cabaser, which is the same drug (cabergoline), but in 2mg doses and used to treat Parkinsonism. most importantly, it's much less expensive. sort of a Proscar-Propecia situation. i've got some Cabaser coming my way, i can't wait.
