I am getting ready to start a cycle of IDS Ripped Tabs. I have my pct and everything ready but i am trying to figure out the best way to dose the tabs. The box says 2 every day for 30 days but I was thinking about going with 2 a day just on workout days and stretch them to get 6 weeks out of one box. Is that a good idea? Will they still work as expected?
Also I have read where it might be good to pyramid the dosing. Like start at 1 a day, work up to 3 a day, and then back down to 1 a day before starting the PCT. Something like this:
6 days = 1 tab
6 days = 2 tabs
6 days = 3 tabs
6 days = 2 tabs
6 days = 1 tab
Any suggestions?
