Doses when using Nolv/Clomid combined for PCT?

What is the usual PCT dose when using both nolvadex and clomid combined? I'm coming off after being on 8 months (only 5 of which were above 500mg pw) of Test, with dbol and tren used at certain intervals, so I will be shutdown hard. Last time I did this:

Day 1 150mg Clomid/60mg Nolv
Day 2-10 100mg Clomid/40mg Nolv
Day 11-31 50mg Clomid/20mg Nolv

This time around should I maybe run Nolv a few weeks beyond the fourth week because of the time I've been on? My longest cycle before this was 16 weeks and PCT went very well, but I'm sure this one will take more work. I also ran HCG @ 1500iu every four days for a total of 3 shots about 2 weeks ago and the boys are back to full size. Also will be running various herbs- tribulus, maca, muira puama, saw palmetto, ALA, and policosanol throughout the duration. Any help with the above dosing schedule or any other suggestions would be much appreciated

looks like you have it under control. the clomid dosing you have listed should be fine but i would run it out to 6wks....for nolva, you can run the 60-40-20 for 2wk intervals. should get you where you want to be. check some labs a week after PCT to see where you are then if you are still shut down, add some more HCG along with another 3wks of nolva and clomid. good luck...8months? bet that wasnt cheap!

Not sure if I want to run clomid for a full 6 weeks, I'd much rather use nolv because of the many bad things I've heard about clomid, despite myself not experiencing too many sides. You really think I should run the nolv at 60mg for the full week to start?

clomid isnt that bad at that dose...i wouldnt go any higher than 200mg. the 150/100/50 method works. with the nolva you will be fine. you may not have to use the full 60mg of nolva the first 2wks, but you are shut down hard given the fact that you have been on for 8months. it will take a full 6wks, and probably more to fully recover....but others have recovered faster. just depends on your body.
