Doseage for Trinabol 150?

What is a good doseage for Trinabol 150, that is the blend of tren esters.

I've seen everything from 300-600/week on here. This is my first cycle with tren, will be running with 700mg/week of ICN Test and 200mg/week Mastabol

Also running 1.25mg/day Letro, 20mg/day nolva

I know someone that did an amp of sus and a mil of tritren on Monday Wednesday and Fridays. He liked it.
