5'9" Also how much and when do I take Nolvaldex and HCG? Also how does the quality of deca from organon, ttokkyo, and tornel differ. I am leaning towards tornel because it is $20 cheaper.

a good d-bol dose would be around 25-30mg a day

30mg/Day of D-Bol is a good dose..Spend the Extra $$ on Ttokkyo or Organon..Don't waste your $ on that Tornel shit...When it comes to injecting substances into your body $20 should not make your decision for you, be safe..No need for HCG, just use Clomid for post cycle started 3 weeks after your last shot of Deca. Only Use Nolvadex if you start to feel or see signs of gyno from the D-Bol
