Example, does a package that contains 10k dbol contain 10k doeses of a sch III drug or 1k doses? Also, is a 10ml vial 1 dose or 10 doses?

Here’s the formula, sometimes informally called the “steroid discount,” and contained in Note G of the Drug Quantity Table in the federal sentencing guidelines:

Oral anabolic steroids: one unit means fifty (50) tablets

Injectable anabolic steroids: one unit means a 10cc vial

What about bigger or smaller vials or ampoules? All vials of injectable steroids are to be converted on the basis of their volume to the equivalent number of 10 cc vials (e.g., one 50 cc vial is to be counted as five 10 cc [10 ml] vials). Note that only oral and injectable anabolics are mentioned, opening up a variety of quantification issues in raw powder cases or non-traditional administration situations, such as paper steroids.
