Dosage for Forskolin?

i suspect my t3 levels will be low after this DNP cycle, what dosage would be good for Forskolin? also is this dosage in mg of herb or mg of forskolin itself, ie the herb is standardized to 25% and the pill is 400 mg, thats 100 mg of forskolin itself.

what would you recommend? thanks

The effective dosage in the clinical studies was 200mg of the standardized extract.

I personally feel that you would get a lot more out of the product by using it conjunction with other fat burning ingredients then as a stand alone supplement. Herbal based fat burners work best when taken with one and another because they work synergistically.

Rather then just get forskolin - I would get n2slin from n2bm.com
