Dorian Yates got small

Id rather look like that than the way he used to look

I can't imagine that he was comfortable carrying 300+ lbs. on a 5'10" frame. He sure didn't look it anyway. Not in the pictures that I remember seeing.

The guy on the right looks like hell.. if Dorian's arms arm 18* in that picture and BBF's are 19 in his I will behead a dozen al queda members... Dorian in his worst days looks a lot better than dmost of us.

Who is the Sweating Virginia ham on the right?

Maybe he screwed up his PCT?

I have been off for about 5 years and went down from a high of 275 to 210 right now. The thing is i am very close to being just as strong overall and definitely in better shape. Shit, sometimes i think to myself "that could NOT have been healthy".

Probably isn't. But I'd like to get there at least once, just to see what it's like.

what happened?

I think he looks better at that weight than he ever did before. IMHO of course, there is a point where too big is just too big.

Oh well don't get me wrong, it was FUN. I really enjoyed the celebrity status i got whenever we went out. Everyone always eyeballing you, strangers looking to make friends, people always wondering what's your secret. Everyone in the gym always crowding around you for "advice". It was some of the best times in my life, so perhaps it was not all that bad.

One thing i can tell you though. People really respect size. There is nothing more impressive to the average person then a really large bodybuilder that's resonably lean. It like you're a magnet for people. Of course it helped that i am 6'3 in height, so the weight worked with me. But i had friends that could not pull that look off due to their lack of height, so they ended up looking like stupid meatheds. The best advice i can give anyone is to always work with their body and stay simmetrical. Don't just try to get "big" for the sake of getting big.
