Does it also have multi-payer capability?

I miss those 4-player DOOM games.......

from the interviews I've read with Carmack, they are focusing on single player right now and then will later add in an update for multiplayer.

they are smart and reguse to release crap - they make it rock solid first (esp so they can license th engine and make $$$$), and then later make it better.
but they don't make a crappy product that has lots of stuff.
they keep it basic and really good first.

I'm not sure.

I have the game on CD. From when it first came out.

$70 CAN.

the original DOOM? hell, it is probably free on their site. that was prior to the true 3D - they would position a series of sprites so that it looked 3D - the speed at which they could do that was pretty impressive compared to 3D at the time. now that computers are faster, they can actually calculate all of the 3D in realtime because of the graphics cards.

I would guess just off of kazza - or in any computer store for like $10 you can probably get a cd with all kinds of older games like that - or off of the id site.
