A brief explanation would be this, if you need details just tell me.
1) You have to download any IRC program, with MIRC the process is more automatic.
You can get it from:

2) You have to set up it to automatic receive files, no rejects, no asking if you want to receive it. The bots are going to make just one attempt to transfer the file, if it fails, you have to wait again. Here you have to be careful because you can be sent ANY file, so if you receive a file you have not requested, delete it.
3) You have to go to any XDCC search engine, one of the best ones is www.ircspy.com. There you’ll find a search box you can only put one word, no search rules like using “ or +. Bots has slots (meaning how many people can get files at the same time) and queues (how many people can wait for a slot). In the same search window you will find 2 combo boxes, one is for displaying the “on line bots” or “every bot” choose the first one. The other combo is to order the search, select the “slots” options (meaning that bots with free slots are going to be displayed first). Look from the list the file you want and click the number in the left, for example “#3”.
4) After clicking the number if you have mirc open, you will be asked three options, choose the last one. It allows you to have more than one connection to different servers at the same time. If mirc is not open, it will be open automatically.
5) You will be connected to a server and a channel. After you join the channel, pres CTRL V, in your clipboard there is a command to the bot to send you the file.
6) If there are slots free, you will be sent the file immediately. If there’s not slots free you will be put in a queue. The bot will communicate with you in pvt saying where are you and estimated waiting time. If there are not slots nor places in the queue free, the bot will tell you to try later.

I know is not easy, but there’s more things there than you can imagine. No law applied there, the bots are in Rusia and they give a damn about illegal soft and movies. Who put things there? US people maily.

i still prefer overnet.com
sure some things are infected, but this is one of the cleaner networks imo. not to curse myself, but i havent copped a single bug in what, 3 years of hardcore DLing off the edonkey networks
