Don't you just hate off days???

those days where you feel like you can't life an ant.... and you struggle for weights and reps that you normally get with ease?? Today was awful for me. =(
 
yeah those days suck...you feel like you just took a step back.
i believe it is all based on how much sleep you had the night before. As long as i get atleast 9 hours, its a guarenteed "good day"

i hear you loud and clear, those days sometimes make me want to just pack it up, but we all know that wont happen for any of us....................:D

Nope I can't say that I have ever had a day where I can't life an ant! joke:p
 
I cannot stand them!!! Each time I step in the gym I want to achieve a better and better workout/results then an off day hits and you feel like it is back to basics..........hell sometimes if I feel like I am not giving a 100% I'll walk out of the gym until I can come back and give 100% because I feel like I am cheating myself.
But I guess we will all have to except that say 1 out of 20 or so workouts are going to be off!
