Don't want to be a bodybuilder, I want to look like this- critique my cycle

ok so my goal isn't to be a body builder and I by no means want to be huge but I want to look like this:

My stats: 6'2-6'3 180 lbs. I don't have that much body fat, don't know how to measure it anyway. 24 years old.

I was thinking of doing an anavar only cycle (legit pharma grade) Because I want killer abs and this will possibly help out in losing any fat ive got in that area, also it will make me alot harder and stronger.

This guy is obviusly a little bigger then me especially his chest (mine basically sucks) so I was thinking of doing this cycle:

Week 1-4 Test prop 100mg eod
Week 1-8 Anavar (pharma grade) 40mg ed, Arimidex .5mg ed

nolva pct

I am weary of running test because I dont like the possible sides, anavar has much less at the doses i would be running and I am comfortable running an Anavar only cycle I have done plenty of research on it. still doing research on additional PCT

Should I even worry about the test? I could probably get that big/cut without roids obviously but atleast if i did anavar only it would help.

In my opinion you don't need anything except for a better diet
Your abs will come along with diet and your could put on another 20-30 pounds naturally
 
At 6,2 180 pounds you need to dial your diet in and train with heavy weights low reps to build mass. Go heavy on your weights and eat every 4 hours , you need to eat clean and be eating at least 220 grams of protein per day to reach your goals. Check our diet and training section out for this. Tuna and chicken are wonderful sources for this. Now, let s address the roids. Once you learn how to eat and train properly, then I would suggest the following cycle: This is a simple classic bulk cycle that will be easy to follow and work. Trust me , you do not want to be injecting prop EOD on your first cycle. Best of luck to you

dbol 50 mgs per day
 
" abs are made in the kitchen not in a pill or syringe." something I was told about 13 years ago when I had the privilege to meet flex wheeler in las vegas. I was 16 then and wanted abs like his. When i told him my plan to look like him he pulled me aside and told me what's up. He told me that DIET is key to any kind of transformation one wants to make on their body. He also told me that before any one of them touched any kind of "supplement" they already had the physic that people crave, and it was all accomplished with a clean healthy diet. It won't happen over night no matter what road you take, so remember that. It all takes time, hard work, diet and dedication. I wish I would have listened to him. I went ahead and ran androstene and it didn't do shit because I didn't know how to eat nor did I have a base to grow from. My abs didn't show either. when I got older and I learned how to eat my abs were crazy! And it was all accomplished without aas. 110% natural.
 
This common believe that you pop a few pills and inject some test and automagically blow up like a bodybuilder has just got to freaking stop, where do people come up with this crap!

Anyone can lift weights and add a fair amount of strength or muscle, anyone in the game long enough knows that only goes so far. then you have to get serious and really learn about diet, training and recovery to continue to progress. AAS just aids all that, its not magic, it doesnt work in a vacuum.

just train hard and eat right. few years and you will be there at 6'2 you have a big frame and you will soon realize you need to be heavier than you think to look that big !

probably from people who watched/read a lot of cartoons or comics as kids where the character would change into a muscular guy from eating spinach or from going into a phone booth
