The blood trailing away from the body is waaay too bright red to be real. The blown-up face looks pretty real though, so I'm not sure. Either way, cool pic, they should use something like that in a CSI episode

LOL...why would you say it was "way too bright"? Ever seen blood spilled from an artery? This picture is real.
