Ok.....cal me a hypocrite.....but, I couldnt pass this up...GNC today had two full boxes of nitrotech bars for $5 because they expire in 2 months....reg. price is over $60......I know they are junk, but should I eat them? Always use MRP and never bars, so I'm very weary......budyy of mine tosses pieces of them in his oats after he trains.......good? bad? evil? What to do...
 
ACTUALLY, very low in sugar 3-4g....7g of fat, 4.5 sat....36 carbs, yet label reads net 6g of carbs.....35 g of protein............after lunch snack?
 
for $5 that's a bargain!
heck i am anti bar and i'd have bought them
sell them on ;)

but to be honest, there's a lot worse u can eat out there just don't eat them all at once
 
so when should I eat them.....I train in the am....mid am I have a MRP (EAS) which is only 300 cals........should I toss when in on top? make it a 600-700 cal meal?
 
my mid am meal only has about 300 calories (MRP) If I dont add in flax.......so, I was thinking maybe have a MRP AND Bar as my 3rd meal of the day.....I train in the am, then have a shake, then its oats and tuna, then my MRP...........
