This was taken a few yrs ago...I was 17 at the time, im 20 now and thicker but dont have any recent pics....be nice please.lol
 
Not sure what to say, because you changed by then.

So if you still look the same, I say this : Work the shoulders and traps more. Pecs look fine. Abs need more work, and tris and bis need a shit load more work.
 
Thanks for the reply guys. In that pic I was 150lb, im now 180lb. I lift weights for the health benefit. I dont do it to get freaky or for any competitions. I stick to compound movements. Thats about it
 
I'm 17, I'll look basically like that once I cut down uhh...where in idniana are you from? I am originally from Evansville.
 
Don't drop the weights, they'll probably go right through the trailers hollow floor. I hated that "hollow walk" in the portables at school.
 
yeah ill work on getting a pic.....im not as cut as I used to be though.lol In that pic I think i was trying to look like a badass or something. Young and dumb.....hahah
