Dont get sore anymore???

its strange but in the past 3 weeks I havent been sore at all the day or two after workouts...usually my lactic acid build-up is pretty high because I use a HIT format of training (short rest between sets and exercises all to failure)

I'm not using any buffers or anything else to decrease soreness...
anybody else go through this?
 
Once you get to a certain point, your body adapts to your workout and you won't get very sore, if at all. That lactic acid build up occurs mostly when working normally unused muscles, or when working normally used muscles much more intensely than normal.

Either way, soreness is not a good or bad thing. I wouldn't worry about it.
 
i do a diffrent workout every week..i consistently keep my body in shock so i can stimulate growth week in adn week out..

oh well
 
i dont get as sore as i uiased to and now my body still feels it but doesnt seem to care as much

but bugger me, i got REAL sore stretching out real hard....whoa! i had to rub deep heat all over me

even worse than the first few times i started lifting!
 
I GET SORE AFTER EVERY WORKOUT. IF I DONT, EITHER:

1. I DIDNT WORKOUT HARD ENOUGH

2. I DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH REST FOR THAT BODYPART.

3. MY WORKOUT HAS BEEN THE SAME FOR TOO LONG. THIS ONE NVR HAPPENS THOUGH CUZ I CHANGE IT EVERYTIME I GO IN THE GYM. ALWAYS DOING DIFFERENT SHIT FOR EVERY WORKOUT.

4. I AM OVER TRAINING.......WHICH IS BASICALLY #2.

How long have you been training HIT Kak? They say it's good to take a week off if you have been going straight for 6months to a year. If you take a week off and sleep well, eat right, and take your Vit C&E you should feel sore when you come back...
