its strange but in the past 3 weeks I havent been sore at all the day or two after workouts...usually my lactic acid build-up is pretty high because I use a HIT format of training (short rest between sets and exercises all to failure)
I'm not using any buffers or anything else to decrease soreness...
anybody else go through this?
