Im 24 years old, at almost 200lb now, with around 12% BF. Been training on and off for 7 years, but seriously for 3 years. Last 1.5 year with strict and good diet. atm Im eating at 4000 kcal per day, mostly chicken, beef, tuna, salmon, cod and whey powder. carbs from rice, veggies and dark bread. + plenty of udo's choise fat, omega 3,6,9..
