I've been waiting anxiously for the last three months to start my next cycle. Today it finally came and I gave myself my first shot. A little while later before I went to the gym me and my buddies thought it would be fun to have an arm wrestling tournament. Stupid idea because half of the people are lefty. Anyways I'm righty and after beating someone who's lefty with our right hands we decided to arm wrestle with the left. BIG FUCKIN MISTAKE. My arm went back so fast, it felt like I tore something. I waited a while and tryed to lift at the gym, but was unable to get anything done. I'm going to the doc in an hour hopping it's not rotater cuff shit. Don't be an ASS like me and do stupid shit that can hinder what you work so hard for. Damn I'm pissed!!!!!!!!

Happened to me too. 2 weeks off from me trying to show off. Stupid stupid stupid.

Well I don't want to jinx myself, but it looks like I might have gotten lucky. The doc said it's not my rotator and could just be a slight pull or tendinitis. Im taking ant-inflamatories and am taking the next 4 days off of the gym and then I'm going to see where I'm at.********* I'm going to continue to juice though. This was supposes to be more of a cutting cycle than bulking cycle, so do you guys think it would be wise for me to up my calories while I'm not lifting this week to help maintain my muscle???

Was that the one on "You gotta see this" TV show? That one was fucking horrible, it was a spiral fracture, kinda like the one someone posted yesterday with the guy squatting. The stupid this is, the guy went back to arm wrestling in like 9months - year or something. I've found that it causes unneccesary injury & it often starts fights, that's why I don't do it.
 
I saw it happen in basic training. 2 guys laid on the floor of the latrine to arm wrestle one night while we were cleaning up. I didn't directly "see" it, more like it was in the same room. I just remember hearing a crack, and this guy turning white. Our TI was pissed when he showed up. The ambulance had to come get him and take him away. He was promptly medically discharged and sent home. If he wanted to rejoin the Air Force after his arm healed, he could, but he'd have to do basic all over again. We only had 2 weeks left.

I will not fuck my life over a stupid display such as this.
 
I tore my tricep one time arm wrestling and couldn't lift heavy weights for one month. After that i descided to never do it again

I strain something every time I arm wrestle, so I never do it anymore. A gym bud of mine tore some ligaments in his elbow doing that shit. I leave the arm wrestling to the drunk rednecks.:D

I really need to know what I should do since I'm going to be taking this week(first week of cycle) off. Should I eat more, or eat less and just do tons of cardio and abs???

I've fucked up my elbow twice arm wrestling. I just got over the last one.

Guess I'm a slow learner, but I don't plan on doing that again.
