Done With Cycle, But Now What??

I just finished my bulking cycle and gained a solid 23lbs. I'm very satisfied with my gains and am now going to wait two weeks until I start my clomid therapy. I have two questions:

1) Would it make sense to run some creatine now that my cycle is over, and if so, when and at what dosage should I start at??

2) I heard that it's good for you to take off the first week of clomid therapy from the gym in helping you recover. Would this be wise?? I could really use a week off, but don't want to diminish the gains I've worked so hard for.
 
Use the week off to frontload the creatine.Run it at 20-30grams per day for 5 days,then cut back to 5-10 grams per day.Keep your protein intake extremely high,and keep your feedings consistent,say every 3-4 hours.
 
IMO, after reading what people are saying on my post about not taking creatine while on test, I would want to wait until after the clomid therapy and your body has recovered and is producing natural test again. Anyone else???

Thanks for the reply's fellas. Huck, just to get you right, you mean for me to wait two weeks, and when I start my clomid therapy frontload my craetine and take that week off from the gym right?

That is a good question.The reason most folks get bloated from most creatine formulations is not the creatine itself,but the carbohydrates/sugars that are attached to them(in hopes of spiking insulin release).Carbs/sugar will cause you to smooth out and retain water.Creatine itself is an osmotic agent,meaning it permeates the muscle cell,and triggers it to draw fluids inside of it.This is much different from edema(water-retention).The key is to look for formulations that don't rely on mass amounts of carbs/simple sugars for their effectivity.The effervescent formulations are the best candidates in this regard,as they do not rely on manipulation of insulin for absorbtion/uptake,but rather ionization,which greatly improves uptake,without dumping a ton of carbs and sugars into your system.

You don't necessarily have to wait the full two weeks,you could start it up at about the 10 day mark or whenever you are starting to feel the A/S wean out of your system.It won't interfere with your recovery at all,so timing is not crucial,just as long as you don't wait too long post-cycle.

What do you think anout Syntrax Swole? I'm on it right now and it seems to be working well, especialy for a sugar/carb free delivery system.

If it's ionized and the sugar count is low,then it's probably a very good product.Syntrax is a great company IMO.
