I just finished my bulking cycle and gained a solid 23lbs. I'm very satisfied with my gains and am now going to wait two weeks until I start my clomid therapy. I have two questions:
1) Would it make sense to run some creatine now that my cycle is over, and if so, when and at what dosage should I start at??
2) I heard that it's good for you to take off the first week of clomid therapy from the gym in helping you recover. Would this be wise?? I could really use a week off, but don't want to diminish the gains I've worked so hard for.
