I just got done periodizing jerks today,after 7 weeks.Today I skipped the weight I was supposed to do on the last set and did 10lbs more...I had 15lbs more in me,so Im guessing that would be my 1rm.Should I start periodizing again in a couple weeks,or should I wait longer?
I never missed a set or rep in the time I was periodizing,and never felt like I was going stale,but am not sure if I should start a new 7 weeks,or maybe do something else for the next couple weeks then try again.Im guessing the answer will be listen to my body,but Im just looking for some input...much appreciated
