Doing arms every workout

for the past couple of months i have found that doing arms every workout is fucking great. i have seen great gains.

no need to go hardcore all the time. just 10-12 sets for the bi's and tri's, going heavy every now and then.

anyone else do this?
 
no, but the exercises i do probley hit the bi's everyday
 
For some it works really well. For myself once every five day is plenty. One of myfriends does that and he has fuckin huge ass arms, he's still not as strong but he can lift for fuckin hours, what a genetic freak......
 
Damm I wish I could work arms every day. My genetics make it so I can only do each body part once (maybe twice) per week. If I do more than that, I'll overtrain, and make ass for gains.
 
Usually I only do One muscle group once a week except for legs maybe twice a week on occassion. But otherwise my muscles need the big rest in between to recooperate.
