Doing a paper about steroids for college. Need some idea's.

As many of you know I am a college student majoring in physical education. I have a paper that I will be starting soon. I plan on writing about steroids. I am obviously a supporter of steroids (starting my first cycle in a few days). I was thinking...what better place to ask advice then on my favorite place on the web. The requirements are below...

The Assignment

Select a problem that you feel deserves attention in our current society. State the problem, explain through analysis why it holds significance as a problem, and then state and explain your solution for this problem. You need to analyze the solution as well by bringing in counterargument(s) to support your claims. Remember, all writing is persuasion, and you are trying to convince your audience of your point of view in this paper. Realize that by completing this assignment, you are showing that you have identified a problem within our society and although you may or may not be in a position to make changes, you want to communicate this problem to others. You are also showing how you have discovered a possible solution to the problem.

You may use a problem that you feel is a campus-wide, community-wide national, or even an international problem; however, you must be able to address this problem knowledgeably. In addition, you will need to show its significance as a current issue. You will need to do some minimal research in order to fully support your ideas. A minimum of two sources will be required.

I was thinking about saying "misuse of steroids are giving safe users a bad rep". Any other suggestions guys?

I tried that and got a C... I made it seem like AS was good if used correctly. I gave pro and cons.. but tried to slightly bias on the AS side... he didn;t buy it. Im so glad im not taking classes right now...

I hope your not a friend of that dude who pissed off everyone on this Board a few months ago by asking rediculous questions, making sweeping statements, criticising peoples cycles despite knowing jack about AAS himself, got answers that he didn't like so asked the same question again, and as soon as he had his paper written....fucked off without even giving all us Bros a read of it.

If you want our help (most of us will be glad to help you) you must promise the Bros that you will make a draft copy of your work available for everyone to read. Is that fair?

plus---Im starting my cycle in a few days. Do you guys think it would be wise for me to flex for my teacher...before and after? Maybe I wont even have to write a paper. :p

This is why I wouldnt write a paper like this. Chances are the professor won't agree with your pro steroid stance, nor accept your arguments as to why they are not as dangerous as they are made out to be and take it out on your grade as a result. Unless you had a open minded teacher I'd right about something else for the sake of my grade.

Well...My teacher is open minded as hell. He is PRO everything. LOL. She said that would be a great paper. I just needed for idea's for the topic. ANY?

Check out my post "A Must Read" that I put up today. It has a great article that appeared in the Boston Globe. I believe it was written by Gordon Edes. I think it will send you in the right direction.
Best of luck on your paper!

If your teacher is pro everything, go for it. A while ago, I was reading a friend's lectures (she's a kinesiology student), and everything, ranging from ephedra to protein supplements to [obviously] steroids is just terrible. You gotta be careful with teachers like that, because they still rely on information from the 80s and 90s, and they usually aren't open-minded at all.

Take before pictures of yourself....get some juice....cycle for eight weeks...hit the gym hard....eat a million calories a day..take pictures of yourself after cycle...include all in article
