My sister, mom and other family members tell me I am taking it too far now. I am not single anymore, so I don't really hear what the girls have to say. I am only 6'3 and 235 too! I could only imagine what they will think when I hit 250, then 270, etc, etc, etc. To be honest, it's a huge myth that girls love big muscles, and will swarm if you have them. Most girls think guys like Freddie Prince Jr. are 'jacked'....

you know what??? this is not a shot at your statement ,but i don't really give a shit what anyone thinks about the way i look.if someone is obviously staring becuase i am big and they obviously don't "approve" they get a nice healthy" go fuck yourself" now -no i don't go around acting like a "roid head" i am a nice guy, but i assume most of us do the things we do for ourselves ....right don't worry about what anyone thinks!! i personally like sticking out when i go some where. i suppose my big-ass tattoos, bald head and peircings add to it but oh well

Thats the right additude to have Under. I used to care what woman thought, etc. Now I do what I do for me. I used to be in relationships where the girl wouldn't like me getting 'too big', but now I don't give a fuck about people like that. People who try to hold you back from your dreams, big or small ones, have their own problems that they need to deal with.

Chicks always say they don't want big guys. Well, I go to parties and the ripped guys are usually doing pretty well with the ladies. When It comes right down to it, chicks would rather be rubbing up against a 200+ lb stud in the sack then up against an average joe with nothing much to show for muscles.

your wrong, now the avarage looking chicks that dont work out and just starv themselves to look decent will prefer freddie look, but girls that go to the gym will always stick with the gear-heads. in other words girls with nice bodies will always want a guy with a nice body, while average chicks will want average looking guyz, it has alot to do with their insecurities. ask ANY girl if she does not think chip-n-dale male strippers dont look good, that always settles it on the spot

I don't know. A lot of beautiful woman just don't go for big muscles. When I mean big, I mean 240 plus and ripped. Probably ones who are insecure about themselves. Who knows. But yeah, chicks who go to the gym are all for it. I find more and more that I like girls like Timea, Worth etc over what other guys would conventionally find pretty. Fuck, a girl with a nice body that she works on, and a beautiful face, who is secure, thats what I like. I'm just happy my fiancee' is like that!
Also, I think the girls who say they hate muscles, and like the nsync type guys are just pissed because thats what there boyfriend looks like, or it's just the type of guys they usually date. Or the ones who think a guy who works out is 'too into themselves' fuck, if taking care of my health, and loving what I do is a bad thing, then who needs you! LOL

My girlfriend says I am too big and Look like one of those “bodybuilders in Muscle and Fitness”

My mom called me up at working the other day (after I visted her last week) and she told me that she thought I looked HORRIBLE! She said that she couldn't stand seeing me that way and that she is affraid of what I am doing to my body. She said it looked like my arms were going to rip out of my skin and that I was in pain.
Keep in mind that I am 32...not some kid living at home anymore. I just laughed and told her not to worry about it.

I'm 6'1 257. Who do the chick-i-dees all stare at at the gym...Beezers, not the 160 pound eminem impersinator doing his dumbell curls with an abercrombie tank top on that's three sizes to small. C3BB and Serge hit it on the head. Chicks in the gym(serious ones, not the cardio queens) like the big guys because they see the work and dedication and understand the "addiction" of working on ones physique. Also many chicks are insecure and don't won't to be with a guy who gets more attention in puplic settings than she does. I do all right in the attention department so I can't complain. But being and getting big really isn't about anyone else and thier opinions. It's all about doing it for you. I personaly want to be as massive as I possibly can. Not once do I think about changing my goals because some women find it even repulsive for a guy to be so muscular. The impression I've gooten has been nothing but possitive, but perhaps I just socialize with all the right chicks.

well i must put my 2 cents in...
i think girls have a point somewhat if they dont like it if you're too big..when I say too big, I mean guys who are disproportional..
look, if your 240 and 5% bf, thats great, but it looks different on a guy who's 6'4 versus a guy who's 5'8...
personally I never want to have the cynder block look (huge, stocky, and can't move my arms when i walk)..i'm 5'11 and 195 with 6%bf...i never want to get bigger than 210 and 6%bf..so basiccally i dont want to gain more than 15 pounds of pure muscle for the rest of my life..i think if I ever DO get to that point, i'll just train for maintenance and pretty soon (i'm 23) because of genetics, I probably wont get much bigger any ways by training naturally..i mean i COULD get stronger but in terms of mass, I probably wont gain much more due to my genetics..
But again, my point is, dont get TOO offended by those statements of "you're too big"...cuz look at us, when we look at girls, we're pretty quick to point out some girl has too big of boobs or what not...

you are very right! 240 and ripped looks WAY different on a 6'4" guy than a 5'7" or 5'5" guy. i am 6' even and i'm glad i am BUT....i give it to the 5'7" guys, you guys get fuckin massive! and it looks cool as hell!!! i personally like the scott steiner look myself. some people say "he looks fake" or they call it the" artificial look" . well if thats what it is then eat my ass!! cause its better that the skinny puke look. i'de rather be huge and jerk off than be a twig and get lots of pussy. that may sound fucked up but thats my take! fortunatley i am blessed with being fairly thick all around so that is something i will never have to worry about.

I'm 6'2'' 232 lbs. Most girls find me to be just right and I do get a lot of attention. But many girls I have been out with in the past were insecure about themselves because of my being in shape. In fact I am dating a couple of girls right now and the first time I met one of them (the one I happen to like better), she told me that she was a little intimidated at first. But she likes the way I'm built.
It's definitely insecurities and the intimidation factor. If you think about it, it's always more intimidating trying to talk to a completely gorgeous female with a super hot bod rather than a chick who is just kind of cute. That's how it is for them when they see us. When they talk shit about us, it's usually because they are too scared and are in denial. But when it comes down to it they would much rather bump and grind with a big guy that also has a hard body that can take care of her.

I definately need to reply on this thread.
I went to go shopping last week with a girlfriend of mine, I noticed a tight t-shirt without (dont know how to say) the arm stuff, so you could see my whole arms.
I asked: Do you like this?
She: nahh
Me: Why?
She: I don't really know...
I eventually bought it and i asked outside the store why she didnt really liked it.

Women do tell me that I am too big. I am currently 5'10'' and 227 pounds with 5-6% bodyfat. I have noticed that I get more looks from guys when I am in the off season and I am at 250 pounds and 10% bf. And when I am dieting and getting leaner and tanning I get a lot more looks from the ladies. Have any of you guys had girls that were grossed out by your vascularity? - cbeaks
