After 9 weeks on Test, gained 15 lbs and huge strength increase. Started Winny for last 4 weeks. Used to run 1.5-2.5 miles twice a week for light cardio. After starting winny can barely make it a mile. Legs feel very stiff like tree trunks.
Does anyone know if Winny hurts cardio or is it likely something else?
