I am ordering from a good overseas source. And i want to use a fake name. Is that a good idea?

it is always a good idea to keep your true identity known. Just make sure that if the product is coming to a mailbox etc. ups store , whatever, that the box has that person listed as being able to recieve mail.I personally think the best way is to send it to a friends addy in a different name and you are clean and so is he if something should go down, another good place to have it sent is an empty apt in your or a friends building. Tell them they can leave it at the door and when it is time for it to arrive, watch the empty apt close and grab it one minute after its dropped.That way, you are 100% clean. The only other thing to consider is that you dont have to sign for it. If you have to show id to get package(which surely isnt the case) you would be screwed for sure.

no, USING a fake id to commit a crime will get you another felony. You can say you are bugs bunny but until you present an Id card,license etc... you will not get a felony for that, that is why I said make sure you dont have to show id to get package.

Well I'm pretty sure for most residential addresses the only mail that will be delivered to the address is whatever attendents are registered with the post office to recieve it.
I havn't tried it but wouldn't using UPS or FEDEX be stupid because you have to sign for the package, right there is incriminating evidence because the signature is in your hand writing!

I tried using a fake name when I ordered from India about 3yrs back. The guy sent it express, and when the "mailman" tried to deliver it, he was in a big white van with black windows. Scared the shit out of me......I said, no, there was no "Chad" living at this address. I don't know if that was the express guy or some fedfucks trying to nail me.
