Does this sound like a good schedule ?

Full Meal 1: 9:30 am

Part Meal 2 and Protein Shake: 12:30pm

Workout 1:30-2:30pm

Creatine 5g 2:30pm

Protein 3:00pm

Meal 3: 3:30pm

Meal 4: 6:30pm

Meal 5: 9:30pm

Part Meal 6 and Protein Shake: 11:30pm


I am trying to gain as much weight as possible and working out 3 days a week, is this a good schedule for me ? comments appreciated :)
 
stats are: 6'1" 185 lbs low Bodyfat

I am not sure of total calories, but I assume they are in the 2000-3000 range. Big Healthy meals which consists of beef, chicken, fish, eggs, etc.

Oh yeah 1 more thing.....

What are the best drinks to consume while gaining, not on gear tho. Can I drink kool-aid, pop, n stuff ? or should I stick with milk and water ? What about gatorade and stuff like that ?
 
I would try to get some sort of meal in before 9:30am, if you are asleep at that time, just get up at 7:00am and make an MRP and go back to bed.

Also, I would advise that you get some easily digestable protein, and some simple carbs immediately following your workout, just mix them with your creatine.

I would not advise you to drink pop,etc. while on or off AS. Water, water, water, and get a calcium supplement.

Alot of guys will save the creatine for post-cycle also.
