when my best friend in high school was playing football , he would work out INTENSELY. his thighs and biceps would get so large, in relation to the rest of him, that his mom would slit the seams on his shirt sleeves, and add panels to the thighs of his levis for the added muscle.

Oak, don't mean to sound mean or anything, but your not up 18 lbs of lean body mass, trust me. I went from 191-231 in 6 weeks on sust and dbol, 14-15 was lean, you won't be able to tell till the end of it
