This thread has turned from an HCG usage thread into a an evening sitcome of "Which trainer knows best" which means at best it doesnt belong in the steroid forum.

Some people want to learn from trainers, other just want something laid out that they can follow and be done with it. If one trainer doesnt suit your mentality, move on. We dont need to use the internet might of EF to bash these people. Get the thread back on topic (if possible) or I dont see a need for it to exist.

Frankly I dont care anymore, I most of any respect I had for you over this already carth, now you are lying about this too.....and your responses show to everyone else you are too. You have made it clear that her routines suck, as well as her steroid knowlege, which shows she obviously sent you something or you couldnt possibly know what to bitch about, now you just keep saying you dont know what I am talking about.
My guess is you dont want her suing you for not paying the rest of the contract, I wouldnt stress it, do you think she really wants to keep dealing with your infantile behaviours? Its not like someone of her calibre is in need of clients that bad.
I would suggest you get ahold of her, to make everything clear...you pretend you are a straight up kinda guy, so hows about you act like it, and take care of your business, and if you have fired her, be a man and tell her, instead of just posting it on here

i am not going to rehash anything that has been said here; i think themachine01 and needsize have summed things up nicely...

but i will say that calling someone a "Crazy bitch! Herman Munster voice having freak!" is way out of line, totally uncalled for, and is clearly indicative of the real prupose of this thread- to start drama.
